The plant arrived promptly. I was very impressed with the care taken in the packing. It was in perfect shape, and is doing well.

The bonsai came in completely dead. It arrived almost a month after I ordered it. It was very sad opening the package to find a dead, dry, and creeping looking bonsai. Certainly nothing like the one shown on the picture. I would never buy a plant through the internet ever again.

I gave this tree to my friend and she loved it so much that she cried when she saw it. Packaged well and very healthy. Looks GREAT, even better than in the picture. This is a must have!!
Excellent Packaging December 20, 2006
This little tree arrived very quickly - two days after placing the order. There was white powdery gunk coating several of the leaves but after reading the manufacturer's info a little closer I realized it was just dissolved material from the cornstarch packing peanuts - it wiped off easily with a damp paper towel. The tree was packaged securely and arrived safe and healthy, still damp from its last watering.

I have never seen such a sloppy and unsuitable packing job from Amazon
or its affiliates!!! Three plants, with only base protection, which
did not fit next to each other in the carton, were just thrown into the
box with styrofoam flakes (popcorn) in between and on top!!! This resulted
in up to 50% of leaves rubbing off during transit and worked their way
to the bottom of the carton. Also the 3 leafelets were wet and sticking
together. I returned this order.
