Product Description The Epson PowerLite 77c delivers presentations that are sure to impress with 2200 lumens, XGA resolution and high-aperture Epson 3LCD technology - all from a 6 lb projector built to go wherever business takes you. The smart choice for any office, it even includes an energy-efficient E-TORL lamp. Get right to it with Instant On (5-second startup) and auto keystone adjustments. Then, take control of your presentation with the convenient A/V Mute Slide. Just slide it over to instantly shut off images and sound. That way, your audience can focus on you. After you've completed your presentation, shut down quickly using the Instant Off function, and head off to that next important meeting.

Lighter, smaller than my previous Epson, and wider lens too November 20, 2008 I have an Epson 7350 which I paid nearly $3000. for about 6 years ago and is twice the size and weight, and 6 times the cost, of the 77c I bought recently. The 7350 has a higher native resolution than the specs on the 77c, but side by side I could not tell the difference when the 77c was up-rezzing a notch or two. The 77c has a "wider throw" (zoom) lens than my previous projector, which means you can place it closer to the screen at a given size. Generally this means fewer problems with having to put the projector farther out in the audience where cables/cords can get in the way. It is plenty bright on the "low" setting even in a room with some lights on, and the "high" setting is available when needed (there's more fan noise on "high" but not too bad). Highly recommended, bright, small, reasonably priced technology. You may find a lower price somewhere else though.
Very nice for the price October 30, 2008 Awesome projector for those on a tight budget. This projector upscales to 1080i and looks great at that resolution. The 2200 lumens are bright enough to see what's on the screen with the lights on. Great color. I'm completely happy with the product.
Great Product October 20, 2008 I took this product out of the box and connected it to my laptop and started my presentation. Great product, great picture, easy to use, fast start up, no cool down time and very quiet.
Excellent quality Epson Multimedia Projector October 1, 2008 This projector is lightweight, very user friendly, and makes doing presentations easy. The directions are very easy to understand when you first open the package. With 2200 Lumens the picture is very sharp and large and easily adjusted to any background. I highly recommend this projector for the price and its quality. The only thing that I recommend is that you purchase longer cords for in large classrooms as the cords that come with the projector may not be the proper length for your particular circumstances.
Epson 77C Projector September 17, 2008 This is a great value on a superior item. I use this in a classroom for display of computer generated material on a large screen. I also play VHS tapes and DVDs through the projector.
The projector connects seamlessly to all inputs. One warning is that you must purchase an adapter cable to connect to a Mac computer. I am concerned about the life of the bulb due to the cost of a replacement. I would recommend this projector to friends.
