Tighten knurled cone to force jaws under the cable clamp. Turn center screw to lift clamp off terminal. Also removes bolted on windshield wiper arms that fit over a tapered spline. The puller screw pad is designed to fit the top of the spline post for easy pulling. Weight: 10 oz.

I needed to reset the wiper arms on my BMW after a windshield replacement. A puller is necessary to remove the arms from the splined shafts. I ordered this tool and received it within a few days. It did the job flawlessly. Very simple to use.
