Amazon.com Product Description
A popular and affordable telephone, the 210 from AT&T is designed for those who don't want hassles or frills, just a basic phone that's reliable and easy to use. Simple corded operation means you never have worry about misplacing a cordless handset, and the phone's sturdy construction means it's designed to last.

You can place the base on a convenient surface or easily mount it on the wall, saving on counter space. A 12-number memory dial feature lets you store your most frequently called numbers (up to 21 digits)--nine speed dials plus three emergency one-touch dials that are easy to program. A directory card is provided to help you keep track of all your memory dial settings. A redial feature lets you quickly call the last outgoing number (up to 32 digits).

Three ringer settings (off, low, and high) and three handset volume levels permit customization. Switchable tone and pulse dialing methods are also provided. The illuminated keypad helps you operate the phone even in darkly lit areas, while a prog/mute button on the handset lets you hear the other party while muting your side of the conversation. An excellent value, the 210 also comes backed with a one-year limited warranty.

What's in the Box
Telephone handset, telephone base, 7-foot line cord, coiled handset cord, user's manual, warranty information

5 out of 5 stars Excellent deal for the money   November 18, 2008
I purchased this phone to replace an identical one that has served me for 20 years. I just finally wore it out. The new one has been in use for about a month now with no problems. It is our main land line phone so it gets a lot of abuse. It is a good, basic, no-frills phone that lasts. Sound quality excellent.

4 out of 5 stars great look   November 17, 2008
I purchased this phone as a back-up to the wireless system I currently have, in the event of a power outage. It perfectly fits the bill.

1 out of 5 stars Problems   October 29, 2008
The first phone would not program correctly. This phone was a replacement and it, too, will not program correctly in all of the memories. Some are OK.
I would not give it any stars.

3 out of 5 stars Reasonable for the price.   October 27, 2008
We were looking for a quality phone from a name brand
company. We wanted a phone that had some weight, since
we were concerned about it being knocked around on the
table. This phone fits the bill. The sound
is ok, but not always crystal-clear...however, there is a possibility
that our lines are causing the problem. For what its worth....we bought
one a few months ago and bought another for another room in the house.

5 out of 5 stars Perfect!   October 19, 2008
I ordered a corded trimline phone to have for emergencies. The order was filled and shipped quickly - just in time, it so happens - to provide phone service for us during our week-long power outage from Hurricane Ike!
