| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description This newest addition to the Knockout family! This Pink Knockout has all of the characteristics that you have grown to love in its parent plant. It will mature into a tidy 3 inch by 3 inch winter-hardy shrub that is truly blackspot-resistant. Bright pink blooms will cover the shrub throughout the growing season into late fall. Its petals fall cleanly; never needs dead-heading and the blooms keep coming and coming. Unlike other roses, the Knockouts thrive in humid climates and requires only 3-4 hours of sun a day. It is dependable, forgiving and drought tolerant. No garden should be without this beautiful and easy to grow rose. You will receive one rose plant bare to semi-bare root.

Great Garden Rose December 4, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a work-horse of a shrub rose. It will reliably bloom its heart out from late spring well into fall, and its thick foliage is highly disease resistant, so it requires no spraying. Personally, I prefer the softer, medium pink color of this rose to the regular Knockout color. As an added bonus, it has a mild, pleasant fragrance. It is thorny but then it is a rose, after all. One thing to mention is the size: in my central NJ garden this rose is about 3.5 feet by 3.5 feet and its only in its 2nd year. All indications are it can mature into a large shrub rose (at least 4 foot by 4 foot and probably larger) in good growing conditions. I don't vouch for this seller (they don't have any for sale right now anyway) but if you're looking for an easy-to-grow, attractive shrub rose for your landscape, it would be hard to go wrong with this one.
