Just was I was looking for December 25, 2008 While the necklace was a little smaller than I was anticipating, it made for the perfect gift. The necklace chain and setting are all in great condition. The only problem I had was that the chain was horribly knotted when I first opened the box - I spent well over an hour trying to unknot that tiny little chain. Still, it was worth it to see my mother's reaction.
Small but pretty December 8, 2008 This item was very small and the $60 paid for it, was just right. However, the pendant that was rose gold came with a white gold chain, strange. Cute, but not worth the original $120.
Inflated List Price, but Decent Necklace December 6, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Purchased the yellow gold version from a lightning deal a few days ago for around $60, and got basically what I expected for the money: a small jeweled piece with an 18" necklace. Since the person I'm buying this for doesn't like especially flashy jewelry, the crafted subtlety is suitable for a small gift.
I was a bit displeased with the chain however, since it is VERY delicate and came knotted in the box. It took about 10 minutes of gentle untangling to get it straightened, fearing that at any moment an accidental snag would break it.
Overall I'm satisfied with the purchase, but if you're buying it expecting a "true" $170 necklace, you may be disappointed.
it's damn little pendant with very thin chain. December 5, 2008 1 out of 12 found this review helpful
don't trust the photos that was damn much much much more gorgeous than the real thing. I cannot believe this little joke originally was worth 180 da bucks. (Who can approve it? Mr. Obama?) I won't bought those stuff anymore from gold box deal. Actually, there is no deal at all. Good luck, you guys.
